Nulang.org (documentation site): We do not collect personal information. The documentation site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect anonymized analytics (see Third-Party Services below).

Nulang Cloud (hosted platform):

Account information: email address, name (if provided) when you create an account.
Usage data: program execution metrics, resource consumption, error logs.
User content: the Nulang source code and data you deploy to the platform.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
To communicate with you about your account and the Services.
To monitor and prevent abuse of the Services.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Nulang Cloud stores your data on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Cookies

Nulang.org does not set cookies. Nulang Cloud may use essential cookies for authentication and session management.

5. Third-Party Services

Cloudflare Pages: Hosts Nulang.org. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
Stripe: Processes payments for Nulang Cloud subscriptions and donations. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
OpenAI / Ollama: LLM inference providers used by Nulang Cloud’s AI runtime. Your prompts are sent to these providers according to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and deployed code for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting support.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the website.
